Wren Home Surveyors Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17265747. The practice is led by Steven Lewis AssocRICS, RICS Registered Valuer, and is regulated by RICS.
2. Website information
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute surveying, valuation, legal, financial or other professional advice. Information about common defects or property types must not be relied upon as an assessment of a particular property.
3. Quotations and instructions
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Fees shown as “from” prices are indicative only and no VAT is currently payable. A binding instruction arises only after the scope, fee and Terms of Engagement have been confirmed and accepted.
4. Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may alter, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
5. Intellectual property
